Michael is a skilled professional committed to optimizing middle-market business transactions across an array of industries. Broad-based financial knowledge, coupled with an entrepreneurial business sense, enable Michael to grasp the fundamentals of a complex company, and then effectively present this valuable asset for sale to both strategic and financial buyers.

He has more than 15 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Michael began his career as a securities specialist, maintaining client bank trading and portfolio realignment in the trust department of SEI Investment Company’s suburban Philadelphia office location. Subsequently, he held positions as a financial advisor and mortgage loan officer.
Michael has held Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 security licenses, as well as an insurance license. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Joseph’s University.
