Yoram's career spans more than three decades in financial services. As an
investment banker, he specializes in raising capital, as well as mergers,
acquisitions and joint ventures for mid-sized companies.
For 26 years, Yoram was a senior executive at Chase Manhattan Bank. While based
in the bank's London offices, he directed planning and business development
activities. Working from Chase's New York offices, he: - managed the
development of two major new businesses including commodity derivatives -
originated mergers and acquisitions - initiated new product ideas
As a managing director at Chase Private Bank, Yoram launched and managed a
special group that packaged direct investments for Chase private clients. In
this role, he collaborated with entrepreneurs and business owners to identify
and structure investment opportunities across various sectors including health
care, media, shipping and equipment leasing.
Yoram continues to serve on various boards and advisory boards. He earned a
bachelor's degree in industrial and management engineering, as well as a
master's degree in operations research, from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. He also was awarded a doctorate in business administration focusing on marketing and quantitative analysis from New York University. |
