After leaving the Army, Ron consulted for several large companies in the insurance industry, developing marketing strategies and training programs for several large firms. He then joined ATA, Inc., a national advertising company, where he served in key leadership positions from branch manager to vice president and director of marketing. While at ATA, Ron was responsible for market development, sales growth and contract negotiations.
Upon leaving ATA, Ron founded Ads Marketing, Inc., a specialty advertising company that worked with national and regional advertisers to increase market penetration via targeted media pieces. After successfully attracting a national client base, the company was sold.
