Phil started as a financial analyst at Eastman-Kodak in Rochester, NY. He then spent fourteen years at Anheuser-Busch working in various corporate finance and financial analysis roles, including leading the business planning and corporate development group for the $2B Packaging Division. Phil also served nearly five years leading the financial planning and corporate development functions for Dallas-based Flowserve Corporation, a $3B manufacturer of industrial equipment. Additionally, he was Vice President of Planning and Real Estate at $5B food wholesaler and retailer Nash Finch in Minneapolis. Lastly, Phil was a consultant working with healthcare companies in developing and improving M & A processes and analyses.
Phil earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science from Purdue University's Krannert Graduate School of Management. |
