Kerney provides 20 years of sales and marketing experience with private, public
and government entities. He has specialized in vertical markets such as, legal,
medical, manufacturing, high technology, engineering and consumer goods. Kerney
began his career with Xerox Corporation and has been trained at Xerox
University in Buyer Focus Consultative Selling. In addition, as President and
CEO Kerney founded, and built a multi-million dollar high technology enterprise
which was subsequently successfully sold to strategic buyers.
As a M&A investment banker his unique set of experiences as broker,
corporate executive as well as a serial entrepreneur allow him to easily relate
to and understand clients and buyers goals and convert them into favorable and
measurable results. Kerney strives to provide personalized attention,
consulting, professionalism, trust, and the strictest confidentiality.
Kerney holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Nazareth College of
Rochester, New York. He has lived in France, Germany, New York, Georgia,
Louisiana, and Florida. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and
three daughters. He is involved with civic and professional activities and
enjoys golf, tennis, cycling, traveling and reading in his leisure time. |
