Eric has a broad range of experience assisting companies that are seeking strategic alternatives.
Eric launched his career at The Associates, which was subsequently acquired by Citigroup. He then served as a consultant helping Fortune 500 companies improve their operational efficiencies. This included working with senior management to analyze their current operations, find opportunities to reduce costs, and leverage technology to improve performance. The majority of Eric's clients were in the oil and gas industry, both upstream and downstream.
Eric then moved into the disciplines of enterprise performance management and corporate governance. He helped large companies develop methods for monitoring, analyzing and sharing their performance with management, boards, regulators and other stakeholders. Many of his clients made significant operational improvements based on these efforts.
Eric earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Texas Christian University. |
