Ms. Aaron's corporate experience includes over 17 years of combined service as Executive Vice President of Operations for AmeriPlan Corporation, and Vice President of Operations for The Associates Corporation of North America (ACONA).
Throughout her career, her scope of responsibilities has ranged from creating, managing and participating in all aspects of major corporate growth strategies; directing a company growing from 250,000 customers to 14 million over a four-year period. Ms. Aaron is also adept at re-organizing and optimizing operations for the most efficient and effective performance, thereby enhancing profitability.
Her astute long-term strategic vision has allowed her to provide counsel to CEOs on maximum cost-effective ways to resolve budgetary issues, devise exit and growth strategies, all while troubleshooting both existing and potential future ramifications of corporate actions.
Additionally, her expertise in the network marketing industry provides her the unique ability to thoroughly understand all perspectives of the industry, including that of the executive, the distributor and finally the customer. Ms. Aaron also has experience in the health care industry, service industries, and focuses on the food and beverage industry.
