Angel's career has been focused on business development in both the legal and banking fields. Most recently she was the Tax Business Development Specialist at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan in their D.C. and New York offices. Angel worked closely with the Tax professionals to package and market their services in competitive bidding situations, and she also managed their broader marketing collateral and PR efforts. Her strong written communication skills, coupled with her knowledge of marketing principles, enables her to advise business owners on how to effectively package and market their business in the global marketplace to both strategic and financial acquirers.
Angel earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Barnard College at Columbia University, and recently completed training at the Investment Banking Institute in New York City. Angel has extensive experience conducting industry research, and she combines her knowledge of social and economic global affairs, to provide insight and analysis on global M&A trends relevant to buyers and sellers of businesses.
