Dan has 25 years of corporate experience in several industries.
He brings a track record of success in sales, marketing and business
development, having pioneered regions, established corporate divisions and
managed a wide variety of business functions. Dan's career began with software
engineering and grew to include all leadership functions for system
development, implementation and support.
In the sales and marketing arenas, Dan led programs for growth with corporate
branding, promotions and new product introductions. He set record-level sales
closings and built selling programs for early-stage companies, involving both
direct and channel partners. His experience includes pricing strategies, large
contract negotiations, corporate communications and alliance programs. With a
focus on strategic market development, Dan led programs to create a
multi-product suite, improve positioning and prepare the company for a market
offering.
He has advised or led a number of successful corporate development projects,
including a franchise conversion, a NASDAQ IPO and a $400M acquisition,
involving strategic planning, due diligence, and integration programs.
Dan received a BS Business Administration from the University of Kansas, and
has further studies with The Chasm Group, Miller Heiman and SMU's Cox School of
Business Entrepreneurial program.
