Dr. Menahem Gutterman has served as an external director and Chairman of the Audit Committee since 2000 of Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. Aladdin is a global provider of security solutions. Since January 2005 till February 2007, Dr. Gutterman has been the Deputy President for Research, Development and Relations with Industry of AFEKA - Tel-Aviv Academic College of Engineering. From 2001 until January 2005, was a Senior Managing Partner of Atid Capital Partners, an American/Israeli venture capital fund. In 2001 Dr. Gutterman founded ERN Israel Ltd. (a full service and Check conversion and guarantee provider at Point Of Sales) and was the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director till 2003. Dr. Gutterman has served as Executive Vice President and Head of the Operations Information Systems Division of Israel Discount Bank Ltd since 1982 until 2001. Performing a number of roles in the field of finance and payments systems in Israel, inter alia: (i) Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of VISA CAL in Israel; (ii) Chairman of the board of SHEBA and MESAV - two companies owned by the five big banks of Israel dealing with electronic money transfer between organizations and banks and between the banks themselves; (iii) Chairman of the Technology Committee of the Israeli banks Prior to joining Israel Discount Bank Ltd., from 1981 to 1982, Dr. Gutterman served as Vice President of Sales and Services at Elscint Limited, then a medical imaging devices company, as well as Managing Director of Clal Systems Ltd., (Clal Systems, the distributor of UNISYS Corporation. Unisys is a worldwide information technology services and solutions company, operating in more than 100 countries) from 1974 to 1980. In 1970 Dr. Gutterman founded Contahal Ltd. (The leading consulting firm of Israel) and was the CEO till 1974.

Until 2000, Dr. Gutterman served as a senior lecturer at Tel Aviv University, Faculty Management, and School of Business Administration. Dr. Gutterman holds a D.Sc. in mathematics from The Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
